Hallo, liebe Studierende, liebe Lehrende und alle Menschen, die das hier lesen,

wir freuen uns sehr, Euch zur Eröffnung des Studiraums im 1. Stock der Hochschule einladen zu dürfen.

Am 05.04.24 wird es soweit sein und wir möchten den Beginn des Semesters nutzen, um mit Euch zusammen diesen schönen Tag zu feiern und mit möglichst vielen Statusgruppen der Evangelischen Hochschule zusammenzukommen.

Starten wollen wir mit einer Studierenden-Vollversammlung um 18:00 Uhr, in der wir die Wahl und alle gewählten Gremien beschließen, sowie die Arbeit des AStAs entlasten. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn möglichst viele der neu gewählten und der „gremienfreimachenden“ Menschen anwesend sind, um uns als AStA nochmal ganz besonders bei all Euch engagierten Menschen ganz besonders zu bedanken!

Nach Beendigung der Vollversammlung und einem Grußwort unserer Rektorin Kathrin Hahn werden wir ab ca. 18:30/19:00 Uhr in den feierlichen Abend und die Workshops übergehen. Es gibt leckere Chili Sin Carne von der Brüder- und Schwesternschaft (Raum 1.3). Hier könnt ihr mit ehemaligen und aktuell Studierenden in den Austausch treten und Klönschnack halten.

Darüber hinaus bietet das Schutzkonzept-Seminar einen Workshop (Raum 1.4) an, bei dem ihr mit Studierenden, die an der Ausarbeitung des Konzepts mitarbeiten, und der Dozentin Jutta Wedemann ins Gespräch kommen könnt.

In Raum 1.2 ist Eure Kreativität gefragt: hier warten die Deckenplatten des neuen Studiraums darauf, von Euch gestaltet zu werden und ihr könnt Euch beim Basteln von Windlichtern verwirklichen, sowie eigene Sticker herstellen!

Wichtig: Ihr könnt an den Angeboten teilnehmen, müsst aber nicht. Sich einfach entspannen geht auch!

Ab 20:00 Uhr wird die Bar im Studiraum offiziell eröffnet (natürlich könnt ihr Euch auch schon vorher ein Getränk abholen). Zu entspannten Klängen gibt’s Bier, Kaffeespezialitäten und alkoholfreie Getränke gegen Spende und leckere Cocktails (mit und ohne Alkohol), kredenzt von der Studiraum AG. Hier könnt ihr nicht nur coole Namensideen für den neuen Studiraum brainstormen und Euch einen Überblick über die AGs an der Hochschule verschaffen, sondern auch mit der Studiraum AG fachsimpeln, wie ihr Euch den Raum in Zukunft vorstellt.

Zwischendurch kann gekickert werden und ihr könnt Eure Treffsicherheit an der Zwillenbude unter Beweis stellen.

Nebenan, im Raum 1.1/1.2, darf getanzt werden: die DJs Deep Talk Lowky, Henry, Kritical und M-Pact mixen entspannten LoungeHouseElectro mit 70ies80iesDiscoSoulTrashClassics von Vinyl.

Ein Awareness-Team wird den ganzen Abend vor Ort sein und ist jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn ihr Euch nicht wohl fühlt, ihr grenzverletzendes Verhalten erlebt oder beobachtet, oder einen Schutzraum braucht.

Bitte achtet auf Euch und einen respektvollen Umgang mit dem Studiraum und unserer Hochschule.
